General Conditions of Sale

These General Conditions of Sale (GCS) govern sales made on the Ma Gaine Colombienne website, operated by Sarah Abidat , Personal Business, RCS Grenoble A 919 652 461, whose head office is located at 35 rue des Alliées, 38100 Grenoble, France.

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of products offered by Ma Gaine Colombienne to the consumer.

2. Products

The essential characteristics of the products are presented on each product sheet. Photographs and descriptions are provided for information purposes only and may vary slightly.

3. Price

  • Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC).
  • Delivery costs are not included in the displayed price and are specified when ordering.
  • Ma Gaine Colombienne reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of the order.

4. Order

  • The customer selects the products, validates their basket, and makes the secure payment.
  • The order is considered firm upon receipt of full payment.
  • My Colombian Sheath reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of a prior dispute or refused payment.

5. Payment

Payment is made by credit card or any other method offered on the site, via a secure system. No banking data is stored by Ma Gaine Colombienne.

6. Delivery

  • Orders are shipped within 72 working hours , unless otherwise stated (pre-order: up to 15 days).
  • Delivery times indicated are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier.
  • In the event of a delay of more than 30 days, the customer may cancel the order and obtain a refund.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise his right of withdrawal, without justification or penalty, except for exceptions provided for by law (personalized products, unsealed hygiene items).

8. Returns

  • Products must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed and without stains, in their original packaging.
  • Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defective products or order errors.

9. Legal guarantee

All products benefit from:

  • Legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 to L217-20 of the Consumer Code)
  • Guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code)

10. Liability

Ma Gaine Colombienne cannot be held responsible for indirect damages linked to the use of the site or to a purchased product, nor in the event of events falling under force majeure.

11. Personal data

The data collected is necessary for order processing. It is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy available on the website.

12. Intellectual Property

All elements of the site (texts, images, logo, graphic charter) are protected by copyright. Any reproduction or unauthorized use is prohibited.

13. Applicable law and disputes

These General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts will be those of the jurisdiction of Grenoble , unless otherwise provided by law.
